Description:
The company develop all of the business and educational software for Sylvan Learning Centers nationwide. The software was sold to Sylvan in 2000 and support continued with Sylvan for another four years. The non-compete has expired and we are looking to reinvent the software using modern technology. We are working with Baylor University and have promising outlooks for a sizable grant. We need working capital to continue the development process while waiting for the grant.
