Description:
Specializing in residential cleaning, rental turnovers, prepping homes for sale, including painting, renovations, landscaping. I have contracted with local real esate agencies who use my services. In addition we are located in a college area (5 colleges, UMASS, Hampshire College, Amherst College, Smith College) so rental turnovers is a huge part of the business. I have expanded to helping owners show rentals.
I am looking to expand to flipping foreclosure homes and need an investor to start this. Hampshire and Franklin counties have not been hit as hard by the housing slump (e.g. home prices have not dropped at the rate they have dropped in other areas) but there are foreclosure properties that could be redone and sold for a substantial profit. I have a crew of contractors in different specialties that help me with larger projects.
