RDG Mining Company Inc. ["RDG"] is a registered Liberian mining company owned 90% and managed 100% by South African Citizens. [The South African members of RDG have been involved in diamond mining in West Africa since 2002]. RDG thus far mainly concentrated on river diamond exploration ["dredging"] and to a lesser extent dry land diamond exploration. Extensive diamond and gold exploration was done on three of our claims in Liberia in 2007 until June 2008, with excellent results. Detailed exploration results, Company Documents and claim particulars are available. Currently concentrating on diamonds but anticipate to expand to gold mining also. Diamond and gold mining potential necessitates expanding our operation considerably. We intend to commence mining at the beginning of December 2008 and to be in production the same month.
