Description:
I combine a multitude of different technologys and come up with a solution to problems with anything, such as the Hurricane and Tornado problem. The tech all ready exist to stop them but the idea is so far out there for most people they blow it off with out even checking. The tech hast existed since the late 50s. But they did not have computers like these today, anyway the program alone will be worth 10 BILLION just for the program, now put that together with the whole package and you will get a product worth 50 to 60 BILLION.
