Description:
Hi - I am looking to purchase and develop a lesiure park focused around inland or coastal water areas. I have currently found an inland water park for sale - 3-lakes covering 126 acres - which is viable but not exaclty what I had in mind. Then to develop the area to create a range of water based sports, and on -land sports - with future potential to create a holiday park and also retail park again - focused on sports.
This is a start up business and I am looking for support in terms of expertise and capitol to help realise my ambition.
Many thanks
