Description:
I'd like to start up a car wash in a rural area with no local competition at this time, would like to be the first, in an area that is rapidly growing residentially, and with no carwash anywhere close to the new housing developments that have already filled, and are still filling, as well as more communities being built at this time, and have already sold most lots. These are communities with HOA's and the rules state no washing or working on vehicles in driveways period.
