My name is Sam Norman. My high school classmate, Stuart Godley, has a small loan company in Wilmington,NC and has opened up another branch office in our hometown of Washington,NC and I run that branch.I have been in the finance industry for over 30 years and
have the expertise and customer base already built up and they are ready to come on board with me at Port City Finance. We are seeking to get with some investors to help us generate capital to loan out to our customer base. The market is strong for our type of services in this area and we will be making secured loans that the banks currently do not do. I have attached a copy of a prospective investor letter and a summary of
what our company is about as well. We are small town folks that want to help small town folks. We are asking for assistance with $300,000 to $750,000 in the form of an investor/loan/credit line.
