We are a Real Estate Investment firm located in Orange NJ and we specialize in Handyman Special properties. The founder has been buying and selling Real Estate since 1980 when he purchased his first Real Estate Investment property, it was a 2.5 unit property located in the Vailsburg Section of Newark NJ. We buy properties with an equity of between 35% to 65%. We buy our properties with the clients we have o our buyers list in mind. We engage the end buyer in the process of getting them to tell us what they are looking for and we in turn go into the marketplace to find the desired property. If they should renege or cannot fulfill their commitment because of unforeseen circumstances we will contact other buyers on the list as our backup exit plan. If this is not possible then we aggressively market the property through online resources and local untapped Real Estate Investors. This process usually takes 7 to 10 days to signup a buyer.
