Description: We do tax preparation/returns. annual revenue is $65,000.00, we are expanding to offer payroll services to small businesses. I have 25+ years of tax, accounting and Payroll experience. I need money to pay off a loan debit (conslidate), money for new equipment & cash flow/ working capital to help until my payroll services is up and running. I purchased the business in 2007, the business has been in operation since 2003. I am having a hard time finding anyone to lend money to me since I have not been in business for 2 years, + my personal credit is not that get, working on making it better, had a child that was extremly ill and medical bills cause major credit problems.
