I am looking for a partner who has substantial financial backing to do a franchise restaurant group. I have extensive restaurant experience as well as have owned and operated a very popular tavern, Salad Works concept, a full service restaurant and a business brokerage. I can manage units doing $140K a week in sales with 150 employees. I would like to do a franchise group with a fifty-fifty split.
