The business I want to start will be a hotdog joint. just like Pink's, The Amazing and of course all of those Hotdog joints in Chicago. Iam in cincinnati and the only time I get a decent dog is when I go downtown and get one from an outside vendor. With so many burger joints around I want to bring a new face to dinner. You can get a specialty dog or top it anyway you like it. I want someting small that its more of a takeout concept with a few seats in house.
