Description:
We're developing a highly unique bar/eatery concept in one of the fastest growing areas of Austin, a city known for nightlife appreciation. 85% of funding has been secured already and we're seeking the final 15% in order to secure operation capital. Our management team has over 15 years of hospitality experience and a proven track record of profitably owning/operating 4 bar/restaurants, 1 past (with a successful exit and 3 present). The property sits on 2 acres approximately 1.5 miles from downtown and we're partnering with the property owner to create this establishment. The current development stage is working with engineers to finalize design concepts and submit plans to the city.
