Description:
This is a two-fold business venture. The two-fold part comes in with a music project simply called Marlene with a non-profit corporation attached to it called Seraph Enterprises, Inc. Seraph is seeking to help families who have had premature births. The music project is one song away from being completed track-wise then some of the money would go to complete the vocal tracks, mix them and master them. Plans have been made to present this cd to a major label for distribution. The charity is a legitimate non-profit 501-3c and plans to help families with information on where to go for help during these trying times of premature births. In some cases, financial assistance will be offered.

Description:
Seraph Enterprises, Inc. is a non-profit Florida 501-3c corporation seeking to help families who have had premature births. The President of this company has personally gone through this event and can speak specifically for it. Being connected to a music project, this event is brought in through her son who does a Martial demonstration from a wheelchair. It is quite compelling and folks are very touched by the whole event. The money would be used both to complete the music project which is near it's completion but funds ran out and to help in the set-up of the charity for services to help tho
