I am a individual looking for more funding to purchase pre-forclosure homes where the profits are high and the work time is minimal. I am not a licensed agent so many of the laws and rules about how or how much I purchase forclosure homes for do not apply. Many properties available at this time and with forclosures on the rise many to follow. Most homes will be sold under market value to rush the sale which means a little less profit per home but a higher volume of homes per year.
