Located in Bushwick Brooklyn, Pichuncha is a full-service take-out buffet serving Latin American food with an emphasis on typical Ecuadorian cuisine. What will set this restaurant apart from the many other Latin American restaurants in the area will be our flawless execution in the cuisine that marries Latin “comfort food” with chic. This restaurant will appeal to both the existing community and the new influx of artists and students, seeking out the “next new neighborhood.”
Our design concept is simple: give people good affordable food in a space that is attractive and inviting, the public will choose you over other restaurants. Customers will be greeted at the door with warm steam tables from which they will choose their meal. After being served, customers will have the option of taking their food out of the restaurant or eating at our available seating. The 550 square foot dining space is open, airy and light and allows for seating for up to 16 people. Surrounded with photos and familiar scenes from Latin America, people will feel right at home.
