I want to open an American motorcycle custom, repair, sales, and apparell shop in southern MD. There is a repair/custom shop 30 miles south of the location I have selected that gross 250k a year. There is an apparell only franchise 40 miles east of the area I have chosen that gross the same. I would like to combine the best of both worlds under one roof. The shop I have picked was a used car dealership that has five bays with an office. It is on a main road located in the center of a tri-county area that is heavily populated with motorcycles. The fenced in lot out back has more than enough room to host "biker friendly" events that will bring in crowds of paying customers. I need an investment of 150k that I would like to pay back in monthly payments over 5 to 10 years
