We are a small llc that actively purchased and rehabbed single family homes in the Toledo, Ohio area. We did some successful investing in Florida in 2004-2005. For the past two years, we have simply managed our properties and have not been actively investing and reselling.
In the last week, another investor I know personnally has come across an opportunity in Louisiana we feel has unlimited potential. Right after hurricane Katrina, an investment company went into the southwest and purchased $40 million dollars in prime housing stock in the better neighborhoods and parishes.
