Description:
Hi, my name is David Bodway.
I am a Real Estate startup, operating as a sole proprietorship.
My business plan would involve purchasing real estate with a buy and hold strategy with the option of refinance/selling.
The real estate would be inside of a rising with strength Florida real estate market.
Thank You for your time, and consideration.
