Description:
I have a very busy bar located across the street from A.S.U. campus. We will do close to 1.4 Mil this year and did 1.2 last year in 09. I am looking to open my new location. I have the land and building set. I have a liqour license that I own for this new location that i spent 120K for it. I am just a little cash flow short right now. I am looking for and investor of $250 or multiple investors of 50K. I have plan to buy out the investors in 3 years. Interest is neg. and they will own stock in the business for future cash flow.
My concept works and is really popular. My new location is gonna be in Scottsdale,AZ. It is in a very desirable high volume area. Projected sales are a minimum of 2Mil. the first year. I have many years of experience. I have been in the business since 1995. This will be my 6 restaurant that I have opened and created. I have much more to add and provide upon the request. Thanks
