I have been doing Landman work for several years now and have a team ready to go. What we do is find area of land that are not leased that hold oil or natural gas pockets beneath them. From there we will lease the land for an agreed amount of money. Once all is accomplished we can either sell the leases to a drilling company or actually drill the well ourself all depending on the wishes of the investor.
