I have not incorporated this new company. After securing capital I will apply to the state of texas and register Advanced Inspection Techniques as a LLP. The nature of my business is what is known as a Eddy Current Inspection. This inspection is normally used as a preventative tool on Chillers - HVAC in high rise buildings and industrial complexes. I own all the necessary equipment to perform an inspection. I will have to find a phone person that can answer,bid and schedule my work. I will also have to get a Ommisions/Errors policy (approx. $12,000.00) to continue to work for all my present and future customers. I will also need to buy a new borescope - to offer as a service and make me more attractive to the manufactures to stay ahead of my competitors.
