Criterion data Solutions, Inc. started out as a small Shreveport, LA based company intended on helping businesses build customized paperless software systems based on needs of companies to go paperless. So far we have been successful in a few industries, making our biggest dent in the car dealership industry building a system that fills out all of the customer forms by entering their information into a database one time. It then either prints out all of the forms to sign by paper and to be scanned by our company.

(URL removed) is a concept intended to bring the functionality of scanning, word search capability and online Filing cabinet storage mainstream and directly to anyone and everyone. This service will allow anyone to mail their personal documents in to be scanned and made word search capable, it will also give them the ability to long into their account and file these images in an "online filing cabonet" that works exactly as their home filing cabinet would - with one major difference. In the event of an emergency such as a fire or other disaster, all of their documents are safe and are still available for re-printing and being mailed back to the original customer to have duplicates. Because of many laws in recent years passed by congress in many cases scanned documents are allowed to be the actual originals and (URL removed) plans to take full advantage of that. This concept also gives way to businesses who would like to outsource the work that they need done at a much lower price than they would usually to a traditional copy service and or scanning company.
