To Whom It May Concern:
My name is William Bland. Being a native of New Orleans and traveling worldwide, I have had the pleasure of seeing many different opportunities to give back to the community where I grew up.
The purpose of this letter is to seek out potential investors for a new family-based entertainment facility I plan on developing in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Since the tragic events of Hurricane Katrina, the theme of this new facility will be to provide the city’s people with the promise of a new future. It will also be one of the first black-owned businesses in the city.
It will be a hybrid entertainment facility, offering a safe haven for families .
