revenue streams and potential for growth. In order to ensure continuity of service – and revenue –
each Sub-Corporation will continue to operate with its existing brand, benefiting from new synergies,
cross selling opportunities, a larger geographical footprint and wider market potential.
There is no competitor for PLG Developments because no single vendor has emerged to meet the
scope of services and support being offered by the new Corporation. Once operation has begun
(immediately following acquisitions), the barriers to entry in this highly skilled niche will make it
very difficult to move PLG Developments from a dominant market position.
