Description: I'm looking for the funding to start up a construction business on Toledo Bend Lake. Toledo Bend Lake is 65 miles long and has 1200 miles of shore line. There are only 4 competitors in this type business. I plan to include other types of construction work other than just pier and boat house building, including dirt hauling, landscaping, land clearing house pad building and others. The equipment I need is an Excavator, Pile Driving Barge, Dozer, Dump Truck and some attachments. I also believe it will take 3 - 6 months to build the business and reputation so I will need money for maintenance and pay-roll and overhead cost.
