Description: I have discovered a way of providing people with affordable home ownership from $15,900. to $49,000. I get these homes extremely cheap, (I currantly own three)I remodle them in an upscale, energy efficient manner and sell them. My problem is I' have my wife of 35 years and her brother working with me. My wife is going through the change of life, she has ruined my credit, has lost her love and mind with me and I am in the midst of spending my life's savings on this concept of providing affordable homes and expenses for anyone wqho is interested. I am also providing finance options including owner financing with 50% down, total replacement insurance for around $700. per year. In these units are two portable A/C - Heater combinations which are on wheels and can be moved from room to room. Instead of wasting electricity cooling or heating the entire home you can be comfortable in the one room you are at saving who knows how much money over a long period of time. Home taxes are about $100.00 yearly. I have been an Entrepreneur in S. W. Fl for the past 20 years. This is my third business venture which I feel can be the most profitable business I have ever been involved with. I just need someone with a little capital and a knoledge in the building trades to my partner. My personal problems have really hurt me and I would love to share the wealth of this concept with an open minded individual or individuals so we can all profit from this idea. I have an unlimited supply of these units I can pick up for around $1,000.00, it takes about three month TOPS to turn these things into an affordabe masterpiece. I feel there could not be a better time to come up with idea because of all the people that have lost there homes to forcloser etc. Worst case scenerio is we get 50% down, they can't make the payments and we get the property back to resell.
