My Partner Gregg and Myself want to open up, and eventually franchise out A Pizza, Subs and More type of food service. Mostly Take out with some seating for dine in and television(NOt Sports Bar).
Gregg has been a kitchen manager for Outback Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen, Ruby Tuesdays, Applebee's. He was one of 4 whom was sent to Hong Kong to Open up a Ruby Tuesdays in 1996. His knowledge of the industry is vast and trusted by all the companies he worked for.
Gregg choose me to business partner with because I have vast experience in management in the Navy (Retired 20 years) with customer service in my field, some galley work managing clean up and salad bar and cleanliness inspections. Plus I have worked for Fast Food Chains and Nathans Hot Dogs as well.
Our goal is to launch our first Pizzeria with Authentic (Really authentic) New York Style Pizza in the WEST, colorado to start, and then from there, excite fellow entrepreneurs with franchises across the country with full training and management assistance (in other words, duplicate G&W Pizza's success)
This could be a very lucrative choice for an investor whom wants to be part of the startup and into the franchises.
