I am requesting to funds to purchase a well established heating and cooling business. The business has grown significantly in the past 3 years. Revenue for 2007 was 708K with 202K profits, 2008 revenue was 1.4M with 280K in profits, and 2009 projections are 2M with 395K in profits. I am seeking an investor to help me secure this transaction. I am currently the operations manager of a heating and cooling company with revenue in excess of 1M and 7 full time employees. I have been a business and accounting manager for over 10 years. I have a bachelors in Accounting and and Associates in Business. This deal includes 325K in real estate which is assumable, 60K in other assets, and 16 in inventory. I would really like to find an investor who is looking for an opportunity to make alot of money without having to be concerned about the day to day operations.
