We target companies like Walmart subsidiaries wholesalers as well as successful independent wholesalers.
I was involved in a company that was going to supply a Walmart subsidiary, MassCash in 2012. We received a loan of USD492,939.59 as part of a total loan of USD1 478 (URL removed)ortunately the manufacturer's broker was an unscrupulous and criminal dealer who requested a 30% deposit from the Agency and squandered it. Both criminal and civil charged have been laid against him.
Unfortunately and maybe decipherable so the Agency withdrew the loan commitment and I decided to pursue my idea with a new company.
We now have orders to the tune of USD484,655.18 but need USD538,235.74 to cover working capital. These orders are from different wholesalers but will shortly pursue Walmart again.

We think our request has a great deal of merit and should be considered because the industry is in its growth phase in 3 Trade Regions, the SADEC which includes our country South Africa, COMESA and EAC. There are numerous Trade Agreements to ease trade in these (URL removed) Returns On Investment are very compelling (90% to 100%) The supplier is from China a country with which we have, as a country, have Trade Agreements emanating from BRICS.
We recommend that investors interested in our venture among their due diligence aspects should consider commending their own Director/Representative as part of the capable management. We would also recommend a factory visit of our supplier partner in (URL removed) are also open for negotiation with respect to the investor's preferred finance structure and or exit strategy.
PDM (Pty) Ltd despite it start-up stage has existing distribution channels brought from the previous company that its CEO founded earlier. Although the company still exists (URL removed)ashe amicably resigned as a Director. The company is now regrettably and unfortunately entangled in legal wrangles with a corrupt supplier broker who misused a deposit of R1.3 million for an order of a similar amount as the existing (URL removed)ola Global, the previous company was afforded a loan of R4.598 million by a government agency, The Eastern Cape Development Corporation better known as ECDC. Because of these complications Mr. Pikashe decided to start a new venture with other partners.
The expertise, experience and integrity that (URL removed)ashe brings in this start-up is invaluable and will ensure its success and therefore should be considered.
