Experienced Oil and Gas Exploration Group. I have a staff and relationships in place that are generating Texas Gulf Coast, Bright Spot analogs for my company. Our two generations shops have a success rate for commercial natural gas around 90%. Our model, and by our agreement, we can pick up to five 3D seismic propsects. We plan to keep percentage of working interest and sell some to industry partners for extra operating capital. We will maintain a significant interest to grow the company but sell enough to spread our risk, a typical industry practice.
