Hi,
I am looking to do something very unqiue. With the age of retail about to die. I have dreamed up a new solution. I am looking to enter into a nitch market place with a unique financial model. I want to develop our rual citys interstate with a state of the art retail concept that will attract people from all over the United States. I'm looking to develop about 200,000 to 300,000 sq. ft of retai space on about 30 acres of ground. I am assuming its going to cost in the range of 60-100million or more.
The risk isn't if consumers will go for it... The risk is getting the 100's of vendors and the sponors that need to help support the project.
