Starting in the downtown Wichita area; Winston's is a small lunch counter that will service the downtown area with a population of 10,000 workers. Catering to the business and government leaders of Wichita, it will be a small counter serving soups, salads, snadwiches, and grilled pizzas. With the addition of a wine and martini bar. The break even at our location would be 25 people per day at a ppa of eight dollars. The fact that it's mostly soup and sandwiches, gives us a very low food cost of about 15%. Which in turn means expansion can happen quite rapidly, within the first two years
