After 2007/2008 I said never again would I develop a residential subdivision. I'm in Columbia, SC and the amount of building, growth, prosperity is over whelming and encouraging me to develop again.
I'm in the process of orchestrating the purchase, engineering and building a 60 acre subdivision. A national home builder D R Horton is on board to purchase the lots.
Funds/capital is needed for the initial take down and construction. Funds will be returned with interest after Phase I construction is completed . Estimate of when funds will be needed is the end of December 2014 Phase I construction will be completed by mid to late summer 2015. Letter of Credit from D R Horton will be supplied for the amount of sales in the first phase. .
