Creative Medical was founded in 2011 as a holding company (owner) of health related assets including intellectual property for stem cell procedures and nutraceuticals, formulas, patents pending for stem cell procedures, nutraceutical formulas and blood testing methods, trademarks, licensing agreements with a leading U.S. university and wholly owned subsidiaries engaged in the licensing and marketing of Creative Medical’s assets.
The area of concentration is the approximately $30 billion per year complementary and alternative medicine market.
Unique to this market is the relatively little scientific evidence for many of the products sold. Creative Medical is working with key opinion leaders in the field of science and medicine in researching, developing and testing treatments that can enter the market through relatively low regulatory burden, and provide a “science-first” brand of products.
Contrary to many conventional biotechnology firms that may rely on the sale of intellectual property as a financial exit strategy after many years of clinical trials and subject to FDA approval, Creative Medical’s multifaceted business model, specific acquisitions and product development are intended to create an immediate and ongoing cash flow as follows;
1) Cash flow from the sale of nutraceutical products;
2) Cash flow from licensing (royalties) of medical protocol.
3) Cash flow from sales of FDA approved device and extraction kits.
4) Cash flow from blood testing services.
5) Cash flow from licensing or sale of medical protocol and distribution rights to nutraceutical products outside of the United States.
