Description: We are publishing an ultra-luxury, international shelter magazine focusing on Asian Design throughout the world. This magazine will be similar to Architectural Digest. Our founder is a former publisher for Florida Design, Inc. We already have a distribution commitment through Time-Warner worldwide, employee agreements from former editor and graphic artists from Floria Design, connections in China to attain proper licensing, commitment from a sales manager who used to export furniture from China, a sales rep who is currently GM at a TV station in China, support from the Chinese Furniture Assoc. and China Furniture Chamber of Commerce, etc. More than half of the entire world GDP growth in 2007 came from the Orient. Also, the design styles of the Far East are popular among interior designers and upscale consumers internationally. There is currently no real competitor for this flavor of design and architecture. This will be a huge success and we only need $1.5 million to start up.
