Description:
Our technology is capable of processing all forms of waste (with the exception of nuclear) as feedstock and converts it into various forms of clean energy. Zero Btu value materials are sorted and recycled. Each project has a 25% or more ROI. Utilizing its innovative and proprietary combination of existing complimentary technologies and techniques, we have developed a system that reduces equipment maintenance, and operational costs while at the same time increasing productivity. The customized modular “turnkey” service, meets all client requirements.
The Ultimate Gasification © system is capable of polygeneration – the simultaneous production of electricity, steam, hot water, and Biofuels, and provides for contract sales of resulting commodities. The system’s modular design fits into a standard shipping container or semi-trailer, allowing for ease of transport and placement, into a very small space. We can have a facility operational in 8 to 10 months.
Our company offers three major technological advantages:
1. Compact and scalable 100-ton per day mobile units, which are unique and the first to be offered in the US market. No one else has the expertise to develop a compact electromagnetic Ultimate Gasification © unit.
2. Our technology solutions produce higher yields of clean energy. Induction heating, a form of Ultimate Gasification ©, super heats and thermally degrades carbon-based materials such as biomass and all other forms of waste in the absence of oxygen to create clean synthetic gas or syngas. Ultimate Gasification ©, is also a component used to extract energy, proven to be a more efficient and reliable method than mass burning, producing higher yields of energy under zero air emissions. Our technology meets or exceeds the industry clean air standards and does not require permitting under the Air Toxic Standards for Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Equipment. The U.S. EPA’s recent changes to the Clean Air Act, will not affect our projects because of its closed loop electronic heating systems. All systems exceed the EPA standards for operating permits.
3. The system is a self-powered plant that does not require significant amounts of supplemental energy to keep it in full continuous operation. It produces enough energy for itself so that in effect it is self-sustaining. An initial assessment shows that our plants will use anywhere from 20 - 25% of the power it produces, while the competition needs approximately 35% or more of the energy produced.
To ensure we have the best tools, technology and materials in place to be successful, several strategic alliances have been developed. Among them are: Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC), General Electric Jenbacher, Caterpillar, FMC Technologies Inc.(NYSE:FTI), Haynes International, Inc.(NASDAQ:HAYN), AJAX Tocco Magnethermic(NASDAQ:PKOH) and International Business Machines (IBM)and Franklin Fueling Systems to name just a few.
The management and engineering teams have a diverse background in energy, conservation, manufacturing, operations, and finance. Each member brings individual strengths to the Company with one common goal; waste to clean energy solutions that make financial and commercial sense. The different skill sets provides the ability to assess a project, design it efficiently, develop it, and operate it effectively.
