Description:
We are a new company that provides home services from handyman work to house cleaning services. We do a little bit of everything. Our company has done extremely well on small scale but we're being asked to take on bigger projects that require more capital for growth. Our company is taking advantage of the weak real estate market by guiding our services into home improvements. We have an excellent track record with our work, and constantly get referrals from our homeowners. This has allowed us to not spend resources on advertisement. Recently we have begun bidding on bank jobs for foreclosures due to referals and this is where we need the financing to grow in this area.
