Halo Lounge will be a 9,815 square foot Lounge /Restaurant in South Jersey. The building is divided into 2 bar areas, banquet facility, 2 additional dining areas, restrooms located throughout the facility with a kitchen and private office. The bar areas accommodates 25 stools each and are divided into separate rooms from each other. The banquet area comprises approximately 1/3 of the space and additionally features a deck located off the (URL removed) kitchen is located in the central portion of the building and contains prep areas, cook lines, dishwashing area, as well as storage areas and walk-in boxes. The capacity is between 350 - 400 people.
My objective is to establish South Jersey’s finest upscale exclusive lounge dedicated to bringing the multi-cultural music experiences only enjoyed in major cities such as New York, Philadelphia Atlantic City, LA and Atlanta. We will be essentially bringing the city to the suburbs but without all the hassle of being in or traveling to the city. It will be successful because there is no establishment within a 20 square mile radius that caters to the sophisticated mature crowd of South Jersey which is the home of over 100,000 minorities with a median household income averaging $78,446.
