Description:
SportsTech is a multi-sport training facility in Snellville, Georgia. We have been in business since 1993 and
have helped hundreds of young athletes to earn college scholarships and professional sports contracts. Even
though we have been very successful over the past 19 years in our present location, we recently decided to
undergo a tremendous expansion program in order to help thousands of kids all over the world. We are now
in the process of building a mega youth sports training complex on 1,000+ acres in Franklin County, Georgia.
This exciting new training facility will be called SportsTech USA and will soon be one of the most popular
youth sports tournament locations in the world. The Sportstech USA complex will cost over $300 million to
build and will be funded through our Non-Profit Organization. Once the project is completed, in about 5 years,
it will be valued at over $1.5 billion.
SportsTech has already invested over $400,000.00 cash in this project and has spent thousands of working
hours on the programs that we will offer to the young athletes that live in this region. The demographics of
northeast Georgia are perfect for a youth sports training complex. The estimated total student population is
over 200,000 kids from this region. The people who live in northeast Georgia fit a profile of the typical families
that are very interested in the type of youth sports programs offered by SportsTech USA. Plus, the global
marketing plan of SportsTech will bring millions of people to this property every year from all over the world.
We are also working together with the State of Georgia’s Department of Economic Development to make
SportsTech USA one of Georgia’s top tourist attractions.
As mentioned earlier, SportsTech USA will take about 5 years to complete. Although, we should be able to
start our programs on portions of the property within the next 2 years, we cannot afford to have any down
time. So, we need to move our business from Snellville, Georgia into the new area, immediately. We have a
very good plan of action to solve this problem that we call the SportsTech Phase One Project. However,
since our funding for SportsTech USA is through our Non-Profit Organization and project specific, we must
fund the SportsTech Phase One Project through our For-Profit Company.
Directly across from the planned “Mega Sports Complex” is a smaller tract of land with an existing building,
which can be easily retrofitted to serve our initial needs. This property is currently zone commercial,
completely cleared, and very level. SportsTech can lease this property for a very reasonable (below market)
rate allowing us to immediately move our sports training company to this new location. At this new location,
we can build a full-size baseball field and a girls softball field. With the new facility and these two fields, we
can immediately start the inaugural baseball and softball league and have four “Premier” travel teams. This
project will require a $500.000.00 capital investment to improve this site and to cover our initial operational
expenses. This infusion of capital will produce immediate cash flows to SportsTech of roughly $100,000 per
month. We are looking for a short term, non-collateralize, interest only loan to bridge the gap during the
construction period of SportsTech USA.
