Description:
DT Capitals main focus is the marriage of high value developments with suitable funding. Developers are carefully screened and areas are studied in depth before the funding work commences. We believe in the concept of demand versus concept. All projects are not ready to fund until they have market analysis and or feasibility studies to support.
We have another business focusing on sustainablility and green construction.
