Description:
We've recently started a new business to purchase, renovate and re-sell buildings and homes in the popular tourist destination, Guanajuato, Mexico. There is a severe shortage of office space and housing in this downtown area. We are looking for investors who are not intimidated by the idea of investing in Mexican real estate. One of us is a native of Guanajuato so he is well-established in the area.
