Description:
I am opening a real estate rehabbing franchise in Westchester county NY, the territory will also include Putnam, Dutchess and Orange counties. All purchases are financed through the franchise, including rehab costs. I estimate purchasing 3-5 homes a month, that is the low end average of franchisees.
