After 30 years of working in the combined industries of healthcare and organic health foods, I witnessed America's lack of healthy eating habits. I have an MBA from a private, accredited college in Florida and have worked in management in several industries including healthcare, hospitality and organic health food stores. I am extremely driven and motivated to becoming part of the solution to America's unhealthy eating habits. Diabetes, Alzheimer's and heart disease is an epidemic in our modern society - I would like to change the way America eats.
