Kingdom Investors is a real estate investing company investing in foreclosures to convert into affordable and low income housing that includes both single and multi-family. At present the Denver market is saturated with foreclosures but we're maxed out with conventional lenders. In January 2008 (or sooner) we're looking to expand to buy bulk REOs in lots of 50 per quarter. Lenders here are giving away properties between 35 and 50 cents on the dollar. Strong exit strategy is in place. We are looking for bridge financing that will help us carry for 3-4 months. No rehabs.
