Concept Stage: My focus: To break into the residential real estate market in the hurricane ridden gulf coast, USA. I understand this market is booming with business. We will retail manufactured housing from a sales lot(s) only requiring up to 10 manufactured homes. Secondly we will design and construct manufactured housing communites and residents will be required to purchase their homes from our sales lots.
