American Dream Preservation believe that there is a win-win opportunity for our investors as well as the distressed homeowners , by purchasing the pre-foreclosed homes from the lending bank at deep discounts ,we can determine the offer price by qualifying the home owners at a mortgage price they CAN afford. The property will be serviced by American Dream Preservation LLC as well as managed and maintained for the investor, offering our investors partially or full investments into each property with ROIs much higher and secured by real estate than other types of investments.
