Description:
It's very simple. I send out mailings to multi-family property owners. I get responses and filter out the real potential sellers. "We" are always ready to accept investors at various levels in order to close a profitable deal. This would include sponsors as well as debt investors.
As of this writing, I am looking at Northern Nevada. That is where my mailing is concentrated at the present time.
I was a Marine in Vjet Nam for the entire year of 1967. And was honorable discharged a year later.
