Description:
B4 will be the first of its kind in the area. We are looking to build in New Kent County which is located approx. 25 miles of Richmond VA. The area is starting to develop however this will be the first project in the area that will focus solely on entertainment. Due to this situation, we require the large amount of startup capital in order to build a building suitable for our needs. We will be a restaurant with a full bar and 16 pool tables. We are in the process of writing a business plan now and it is about 50% complete. The only things left for us to do are complete an accurate market analysis and find a willing lender.
