Hello, My name is Steven Christino. I am one of the partners of an Avionics Shop called Exxel Avionics, located in Hartford, CT. We have been in business since 1994. I need to buy out my partner. The total debt to the bank is slightly less than 60,000 dollars. We already have the bank loan and I do not require any further funds.
