We are a 10 yr old company that provides a recovery process for failed check and Automatic payments (Payments returned due to NSF ) The business that has accepted these payments has an accounts receivable problem. Our process collects 70 percent of all transactions that we receive, and we provide this service at no charge to our client. However, the check writer is responsible for our collection fee which is automatically deducted from the check writers account and the fee is governed by the state in which the check writer resides ($25 - $40). We have identified and penatrated some industry specific areas such as health clubs, school Districts etc... We have also partnered with selected software / Service providers that include our services when they sell their software / Service. Once a client is enrolled in our services, we continually process their checks so the selling of the client is a one time event and our customer service department continues to work with the client to make sure on an ongoing basis we are providing the best level of services.
